澳洲最近有要DIY 103的么？一起进来讨论下吧。

在澳大利亚签证办理



想着反正就先排着队，以后需要再转143，不然也就交个申请费....
看了移民局103的list,做了个记录，不知道哪里有缺漏的，请大家指出吧，都是自己DIY。。

下面的是103的list,挨个分析了下。。
• If you are in Australia, certified copies of the passports or travel documents you, your partner and your dependants used to enter Australia, and of any passports held since then.  (如果父母在中国，那这条就不适用了吧)
• Certified copies of birth certificates showing both parents names for you and any other person included in the application.  If you do not have a birth certificate and are unable to get one, you must provide a certified copy of the identification pages of at least one of the following documents: （父母的出生证明，这个去哪里弄呢？）
Passport（或者提供护照认证，这个倒是没问题）
family book showing both parents names
identification document issued by the government
documents issued by a court that verifies your identity.
If you are unable to provide one of these documents, you must provide other acceptable evidence that you are who you claim to be.

• Four recent passport-size photographs (45mm x 35mm) of yourself and any other
person included in the application. These should be only of the head and shoulders
and should show the person facing the camera and against a plain background.  You
should print the name of the person on the back of each photograph.   （4张护照照片）
• If any person included in the application is, or has been married, certified copies of the marriage certificate(s).   （父母的结婚证明）
• If any person included in the application has been permanently separated, divorced or widowed, a certified copy of the statutory declaration/separation certificate, divorce decree absolute or the death certificate of the deceased partner (as appropriate). （离婚证明）
• If any person included in the application has changed his or her name (for example by marriage or deed poll), a certified copy of evidence of the name change. （改名字证明）
• If any child included in the application is adopted, certified copies of the adoption papers.（孩子是收养的，要有证明）
• Certified copies of documents to verify custody and access arrangements for children under 18 years of age (unless both parents are included in the application.) （有另外小于18岁的孩子，要证明）
• If any person included in the application has served in the armed forces of any country, provide certified copies of military service record or discharge papers. （这个是具体怎么说，有人指教下么）
• Certified copies of birth certificates for all your children not included in the application (showing names of both parents) or the family book (showing names of both parents).  （不包括在这个申请里的其它孩子）
• Evidence of where all your children reside (for example passport, citizenship or residence certificate). （我的护照，PR复印件）
• Evidence of your relationship to your sponsor.  （父母和子女的关系证明）
• Evidence that the sponsor is a settled Australian citizen, Australian permanent resident or eligible New Zealand citizen.（我的PR复印件）
这样下来，除了那几张表外，大多数人也就用到红色字体部分的材料，也不是很多啊，有哪里漏了请大家一定补充，最后弄个完整的LIST。
不过这表里没有提到体检和AOS啊？有点疑问

If you do not have a birth certificate and are unable to get one, you must provide a certified copy of the identification pages of at least one of the following documents。

既然没有 父母的出生证明， 那就 弄一份护照页公证 复印件来代替吧。我觉得写得很清楚了。

月初交的DIY103， 10月15日已经收到信用卡扣款了，正在等下文。

关于LZ的几个问题：
父母出生证明需派出所开证明后去公证处办理
体检和AOS还有80表，无犯罪公证等排到了才要求
另外如果父母在军队待过，需要提供在军队服务或转业的公证
