怪我粗心,周一就要去面试才发现出生证的事情。我找来找去只有JP盖章certified的复印件,还没有英文翻译。这样可以吗?另外翻译布里斯班哪里有翻译的呢?谢谢!

JP签字的就证明了和原件相符。没问题的。但必须翻译。要三级翻译才有效果的。报纸上应该有广告的可以查查。

用中国护照可以代替出生公证。我当时没有出生,邮局的人告诉我的!

因为文件真的好久了。我现在找到的是中文的JP盖章签字的复印件,电脑里扫描过原件,但是找不到英文JP签字过的,只有打印出来的复印件,可是如果没有原件JP可以帮我公正英文翻译吗??好麻烦啊~

中国护照没有城市名只有省名,不行的。

楼主没有明白我的提议。三级翻译在澳洲一样很权威的。你应该打电话去移民局问问,或者直接闯关了:
1. 汉语因为复印件已经有JP签字,表明和原件相同了
2. 让三级翻译翻译汉语复印件,不要再想用英语的翻译让JP签字了,JP没有原件是不会签字的。
3.递交的资料:JP签字过的汉语复印件和三级翻译的英语翻译。
当然最好能找到原件。万一在面试时要看你原件也是有可能的。

忘记说了,这边的三级翻译也是有备案的,翻译后有签名。出点钱让三级翻译翻译吧。报纸上有广告的。

我要重新办的话也非常的麻烦,因为我父母离婚,加上我妈妈不在国内,整个弄起来特别的麻烦。
但我的复印件是JP盖章过的,只是没有英文件。。希望能够过吧。谢谢你!

要翻译件的,不过他们一般不会为难你,先去试试看。

我都不太记得了,是否一定要出生证?他们只需要能证明你身份的3个文件吧。有照片的3个就可以了。

而且,如果是中文,必须的要三级翻译件的。不过,如果材料不全,你可以先考试,7天以内补交。我儿子出生公正,翻译完才可以。虽然有,英文,但,我的名字,孩子名字,他爸爸名字,没有汉语拼音,不行的。

嗯,希望能接受复印件。我看check list里也说到如果是寄信的方式的话是要复印件,所以应该不会那么死性要求吧

为什么身份证不行啊。驾照护照我都有。出生公证就只有JP盖章过的中文复印件,没有英文的了

如果是3个文件,身份证也是有照片的啊。。而且你要不出生中国就没有身份证吧。有时候真不明白PR要了为什么入藉还要,真是好麻烦。

我看了三级翻译就是professional这个级别吧,我看NAATI还有advanced professional, senior professional.后来查了查说以前叫level 3现在好像就是Professional,我找到了一个我家附近的外国人做中英翻译的。剩下都在sunnybank比较远,我周一恐怕没有时间在考试前去翻译了。要是7天还好,有点时间准备补齐。主要是我家现在要重新给我办也很困难的。7天恐怕下不来。希望这次复印件给过了毕竟是JP盖章过的啊

DOCUMENT CHECKLIST
You must bring all original documents for yourself and any children included in your application to your appointment. These original documents must be the same as the certified copies of documents you mailed with your citizenship application, or those lodged with your online application.
Documents not in English
You must bring your original documents and the English translations of any foreign language documents to your appointment.

APPLICANTS 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OVER
A current document with your photograph and signature (this does not need to be the same document)
Australian driver licence, or
passport, or
United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) document, or
A national identity card, or
Another document containing a signature and photograph, e.g. an air crew identity document, seafarer identity document, military identity document or student card, or
Document for Travel to Australia (DFTTA)
Evidence of your current residential address
A utilities notice e.g. electricity, gas or water bill, bank notice, or
Rental contracts or rates notice, or

Evidence of your date of birth, birth name and any changes of name
A full birth certificate
Evidence of links between present and previous names, for example a marriage or divorce certificate, if applicable

Overseas penal clearance
Overseas penal clearance certificates, if applicable

CHILDREN
The following documents are required for all children under 16 years of age
A full birth certificate or family register containing parent’s details

If you have been granted custody and/or guardianship of the child, bring the relevant court orders.
If the child is adopted, bring the adoption papers.

You must also bring a completed Form 1195 Identity declaration for yourself and each child included in your application. This form is available on our website at www.immi.gov.au/allforms/pdf/1195.pdf.
You must print Form 1195 Identity declaration and have it completed for yourself and each person included in your application. It must be signed by an authorised person.
The authorised person who completes the Identity Declaration form must also endorse the passport sized photograph for yourself and each person included in your application by writing on the back of each photograph the words: This is a true photograph of (full name) and sign the back of the photograph.
You must bring the completed Identity Declaration and the correctly endorsed photograph(s) to your citizenship appointment.
If you do not bring these documents to your appointment, then your application may be invalidated and returned to you.
