因为是他一个人来，而且不满18岁，朋友因为工作所以不陪同一起来，请问他自己办理旅游签证有什么特别的地方吗？需要他父母也就是我朋友的什么同意书吗？

Children under 18 years of age
Applications for children under 18 years of age must provide consent from the non-accompanying parent(s) or legal guardian(s) if the child is travelling:
alone
with only one parent or legal guardian.
Consent can be provided on Form 1229 or on a Statutory Declaration or equivalent under the relevant law of the child's home country.
