From 1 July 2012, the Migration Regulations 1994 ('the Regulations') are amended to:
• increase fees and some visa application charges (VACs) by 3.4 per cent in line with changes in the Consumer Price Index
• increase the second instalment of the VACs for some Contributory Parent visas by 5.5 per cent in accordance with the Contributory Parent Visa Composite Index.
