Below was my whole process of 143 application to share with every one.
PS: 103 was logedg on 2/6/2010, then changed mind for 143 5/2011
1. Send out Form 40 / 47PA / 956 + $1735 to Perth --14/5/11 -- (24/5 money gone)
2. Get acknowledgement letter of File number --18/5/11—Lodge Date
3. Get email for further documentation request from Case officer – 31/5/11
3.1 Call Centrelink to book Assuror interview 132850 / 131202 – 1/6/11
3.2 Centrlink Interview ---6/6/11
Letter from Immi
Tax assessment letter of last financial year
Recent pay slips *2
ID: Passport + Driver License + Medicare card
Assuror support form received by mail from Centrelink
3.3 Term deposit $1w in CBA and give receipt back to Centrelink –6/6/11
3.4 Health check – 2/6/11 in SH
3.5 Police check (AFP) – 6/6/11 sent out
3.6 Police check (Foreign) Notary in SH– 8/6/11 DHL sent out
3.7 Birth certificate – Notary in SH-- 8/6/11 DHL sent out
3.8 Form 80 – 7/6/11 sent out
4. Pay 2nd instalment $37965, email/fax credit authorize form to CO (notice bank beforehand) –13/6/11
5. Get Visa grant email –13/6/11
6. Evidence visa label in SH (call embassy to book appointment in advance) -- 15/6/11
I just write down some tricky things may gives others more ideas.
The airline ticket was already bought and fligh is on 18/6/11. We didn't realise 143 document request came so quick, however we decided to have a try to get everything done in 14 days. I believe everyone knows the reason.
I called CO the next day after we recevied the requesting email and stated the flight ticket already bought, blabla..... she said that was impossible to get visa grant within 2 weeks, impossible, impossible......... but in fact, nothing is impossible!!!
1. Centrelink Aos interview--- as only one CLK in Mel can do the interview, i was been arranged to do it 2 weeks after which was too late. On 2/6/11 we went to this CLK in person and asked for re-schedule. Reception said he could not help me out and asked me to make a internal phonecall which was the Aos team, and I left the message to one staff and he promised to get me back the next day.
The next early monring, they did call me and said it was very hard to re-schedule. I said blablabla...... he said let me ask other team member who might be free these days..... after 10 mintues.... a good news came... we could been interviewed on 6/6/11.......
So..... everything could be done if you really want it happen or maybe we are soooooo lucky...
2. AFP police check--according to their website, normally it takes 15 working days to get the clearance done.... oh my god..... can't let it happen. i called them everyday since i sent the application out, guess what, they finish the application and sent them back 1 day after they had received.....
3. International courier---- as we need provide applicant's birth certificate and non-crimnal record which need to be done by Notoary office... pushed them everyday as well..... also i compared DHL/UPS/TNT/EMS, DHL is the fastest one, 1.5 days guaranteed, costs rmb298.... whatever, velocity is the most important
4. CO-- almost everyday she has been receiving my email of the progress updating, she did not reply but at least she knew how rush I were.
after all documentation arrived in Perth, I give her a call to asked whether she received them. She said no, because it takes 2-3 days for their internal mail section to delivery the mails to their office.... what a pain in the bum........ the last email before the visa granted, she wrote:" I searched the moutain of mail and located your documentation"
5. 2nd payment---I have a CBA awards credit card... I called service centre to make a note that there will be a large payment from credit account in the next 2 weeks. and the staff said that is ok...
after I transffered money to the credit card, I called them again. this time they said opposite words which was the payment will be declined as it above the limit..... fine.... I have a debit master card... but they dare to charge the cash advance fee for the money transferring back to my savings... got the refund anyway
6. Visa lable evidence--need to booked in advance, otherwise you won't get the lable evidenced in the same day, must state a reasonable reason to them..
