Hi, has anyone received the interest that CBA transferred to you every half year for the $10,000 (one parent)term deposit Bank Guarentee? At that time the term deposit interest rate was 6.3%.
We received it yesterday for the first half year's, but it was only $168.14.
Does anyone know why?? It should have been $10000 * 6.3% / 2 = $315.

have you given your TFN to bank? if not, they might hold 50% interests for the tax purpose

如果是因为没有交税号的话，
1、立即联系银行，补上税号。
2、7月1日以后银行会寄给你finicial year的帐单，上面应该有利息XXX，已扣税XXX。
3、 Tax Return的时候，把这个数字填上去，多扣的钱税务局应该会退给你
