我一个好朋友要回国发展，她是citizen，有可能5年后会回来澳洲， 想知道是不是要把super取出来，不大了解情况，不知道会有什么影响？了解情况的朋友帮忙解答，希望可以帮到她。

只有年满65周岁以后才能取出来，这个是死规定，没有例外。你的那个朋友就死了这份心吧

if she's a citizen, she can't get it out.
The government's logic is flows like this:
1. she's a citizen.
2. More than likely she will come back to Australia eventually.
3. So she needs her super money to support herself when she gets old, because we as the governement don't want her to rely on centrelink payments for her senior years.
Conclusion: she can't take out her super.
