Thank you for your e-mail enquiry.
It is the Australian Government's immigration policy that 12 month visitor visas should not be granted on an ongoing "rolling" basis. Generally, clients are expected to stay offshore for at least six months after a 12 month stay in Australia. Exceptional or special circumstances will always be considered when assessing applications. Each case will be considered individually on its merits, however if you have just returned from a 12 month stay in Australia you may not meet the criteria for a further visitor visa straight away.
