我是帮丈母娘办这个付费的移民，担保一个人，问了certerlink，说是年薪27000多就够了，可是中介总是说每个家庭不同，大概要4万以上。有没有人比较清楚这个金额呢？

我也研究过， certerlink说个为准， 正如中介总是说每个家庭不同， 你问别人， 别人和你情况也不同。最后担保的手续要到certerlink办，当然听certerlink的

是这样子的，每个家庭不同。
如果你是单身，大约是二万五-二万七（随INDEX变化）的年薪就可以担保了。
如果你有老婆或老公，你需要更高的年薪才可以担保。因为政府觉得在不好的情况时，可能你需要负担两个人的生活费，经济负担更重。
如果你不仅有配偶，还有自己的小孩，需要的年薪更多。

我又问了一次，2个人的家庭，没有小孩26000，一个孩子多2000.
本来想着岳母先办下来然后等5年之后再把岳父办过来可以省点费用，现在不行了，好像办第二个人的时候也需要交那个2nd installment的费用，大概3万多。2个人一起办实在太多了，要7万多，澳洲政府真是抢钱啊。
其实岳父岳母在上海生活很富足的，要不是为了小孩真是没有任何必要办这个付费移民。

9.4.3.60 AoS - Income Requirements & Family Circumstances of Potential Assurer
Family circumstances
The income test for both a mandatory AoS (security required) and a discretionary AoS (security not required) is incremented according to the number of assurers, the number of dependent children in the potential assurer's family and the number of adults to be supported under the AoS.
The income requirement is equal to the maximum annual basic rate for 'NSA for a single person with dependant children' (NSA rate as at 1 July) for each of the adults involved in the AoS, whether they are an assurer or assuree. That is the NSA rate multiplied by the number of assurers giving the AoS (up to a maximum of 3 assurers) and the number of adults who are being supported under the AoS (up to a maximum of 2 assurees). This is to ensure that the assurer(s) has sufficient income to support themselves and the assurees under AoS.
The income requirement will apply to each person giving an AoS, whether the assurance is given by one or more people.
Example (worked on the assumption that the NSA rate is $11,931 per year):
•if one person gives an AoS for 2 adults the income requirement will be $35,793, or
•if 2 people give an AoS for 2 adults the income requirement will be $47,724, or
•if 3 people give an AoS for 2 adults the income requirement will be $59,655.
Children of an assuree over 18 years are considered to be adults and will be required to have a separate AoS.
If the assurer's family includes children the assurer's income threshold is increased by the annual base rate of FTB Part A plus the rate of FTB Part A supplement (as indexed) for each of the assurer's children under 18 years of age. The following examples are provided to explain how the income threshold test above may apply.
Example 1: If a person with 2 children applies to give an AoS for a migrating family of 2 parents and 2 children, the minimum required income amount of the person is the total of:
•$35,793 (the applicable NSA of $11,931 multiplied by the total number of adult assurers and adult assurees (3)), and
•the base FTB child rate and the applicable supplement amount for each of the assurer's children.
The base FTB child rate and the applicable supplement are only added to the income requirement for the assurer's children. They do not apply to the children of the assurees.
Example 2: If a joint assurer (who has a partner and 2 children) gives an AoS with the partner for a migrating family of 2 parents and 2 children, the combined minimum required income for both assurers is the total of:
•$47,724 (the applicable NSA of $11,931 multiplied by the total number of adult assurers and adult assurees (4)), and
•the base FTB child rate and the applicable supplement amount for each of the assurers' children.
The base FTB child rate and the applicable supplement are only added to the income requirement for the assurers' children. They do not apply to the children of the assurees.
No increases are required to the income requirement in respect of an assurer's partner. An assurer's partner may give as assurance in his or her own right provided they meet the income and other requirements.
Both members of a couple may jointly assure a person seeking assurance provided they meet the relevant income and other requirements.
