请教各位一个问题，我给父母申请676签证，申请的是一年的。为什么使馆打来电话说，要给一年的签证，可以多次往返，但每次最多待3个月。 为什么不是那种可以一直连续待一年的签证呢？ 可以打电话要求换成一年连续停留马？
另外，是不是签证是什么时候签发的，就从那一时期开始算到一年结束？

I heard the visa validation day counted from the date granted for multi-travel? form the date boarded for one-entry only? If in multi-travel case, Can my parents delay the appointment for health check then they would get the visa as late as possible? Many thanks for you help!
