i dont think u can if they know she is your gf, because they will think that she has the intention to immigrate. that is what happened to me before.

by the way , the tourist visa is too hard to get to the female under 35, unless u have enough evidence to show them your gf will go back to china, enough evidence including house, job, saving and so on and on.

她是想移民，不过她自己已经交了offshore独立技术移民申请，也符合条件，现在在等结果，而且她国内有工作，这样可以吧？现在问题就是银行存款不够，能不能有什么方法代替？

better not to take the risk.if she gets refuse it will be very troublesome, why not wait a little bit longer until she gets the visa for skill immigration.
