There are two types of health exam: 1: Medical examination; 2: chest x-ray .
In your case, 457 (Temporary Business (Long stay)) visa should account into temporary visa applicant. And you have to be forward to Information Form 1163i, which requires to do both health examination.
As you mention, you just did the Medical examination, which is validated for 12 months. However, you still have to do the second examination, which will be validated for 3 months.
