最近有朋友过来，想出海钓钓鱼，不知道现在季节有没有出海钓鱼的charter，有没有好的推荐？？

There are charters still operating. But most of them operates from Mornington, Carrum and near Western Port area.
On top of that, this is prime Tuna season, so alot of charter boat moved to POrtland or Port Fairy to conduct Tuna fishing.

Most of people who don't have a boat or don't have friends who own one and wish to fish off a boat, they pay money to fish from a commercial operated recreational fishing charter.
Wait for the Snapper season start, you will see alot of Charter Fishing boat will advertise that a 3-5hr fishing charter costs aboat $150 per person. Where they will take you to the area they know and show you how to catch fish.
