最近几次钓鱼都遇到了一些人跑过来看鱼获，开始还以为是好奇心，结果看完就说这个不能拿，那个不够size, 今天一个更夸张，过来就开骂， 其实我们的鱼都是合格的，看他们的态度话都懒得讲，就告诉他们打电话给fishery, 别在这废话了。
当然这样的人有很多是SB，是属于没什么话讲的，可是很多次都有人提到亚洲人乱钓鱼，不该拿的也拿了。 我想大多数这种情况都是不知道size和bag限制，能不能建议一下高手们给大家来个钓鱼规章制度的普及活动？ 比如说把一些常见的鱼的照片和限制发出来，这样大家就不会犯错了？

是不是说只要不是在size and bag limit里面的，不论大小都可以拿最多20条？ 这是我的理解，今天掉了条dummer有30多公分长，可是那个list里没有drummer啊？ 更冤的是旁边一哥们，调了3K多一brown groper, 一鬼孩子跟着他非让给扔回去，我刚才看了看是可以拿的，只要到30公分，他一定郁闷死了。
歧视这问题很难讲，其实我也是种族主义者，就觉得中国人优越了，从来没觉得白人的文化有什么大不了的。我们只要自己守法就好了。

I don't think this is racism. As far as I know, Aussies do throw back the undersized fishes. But many Asians don't. What you lean from this is to be familiar with the regulations. Anglos do bully migrants often thinking we do know the rules. As long as you know what's right and do the right thing, tell him to get lost.

I saw a fishing ruler in the Inverloch jetty just on top of the water tank where people wash their fishes. People can mesure the size of fish according to that.
I also saw a local or Western country guy killed the fish which is under the limit.

Unfortunately that groper was thrown back, mainly due to none of us there was sure about the limit, I vaguely remembered the limit is 30 cm, but not confident enough to make a stand.
What am I trying to understand is how many of us do the right thing?

if you don't want to raise your tone, just tell him:" Can you call the fishing inspectors bcs I want to know what the legal limit is too. But for now, get out of my way! If you don't respect me, I won't respect u. "

What I did was:
--"Do you know what fish is this?"
-- %^&^*f@^*k#%*!f#%!k*@%#* (Usually they don't know the details, but they would keep on abusing anyway.)
-- "Okay, If you don't know, I'd be happy to tell you, but you got to shut your big mouth up!" " This is xxx. Its legal size is xxxcm." "This one measures xxx+xxxcm." (use your ruler and measure the fish for them).
-- %^&^*@^*#%...
Usually they would leave, unless they really intend to fight.
Anyway, my guideline is:
1. Always be aware the "legal" issue when angling;
2. Always do right thing, or at least try to do right thing.
3. No need to be afraid when being questioned, if you think you're doing the right thing (and if you think you can win the fighting) .
4. If you don't know the exact legal size, you will have to be a little modest.
We cannot control other people's mouths, but we can control our own activities.

groper 的legal size 是３０cm, 这个没错．但也要看你是在哪里钓到的．如果你是在bondi和coogee之间的区域，那还是不允许的，因为这个保护区的法律是不允许钓groper 的．如果我没记错的话．
要钓鱼之前，一定记得去鱼政那里要最新的手册，那里有很多明确的规定．弄清楚了，就不会担心了．只要你打个电话，手册会寄到你家里的．

特别在假期里钓鱼尽量躲避有人群的地方，因为很多洋人的孩子动画片看多了，错误的认为所有的生命价值和人都一样，加之洋人群体里的动物保护者多，记着不要在孩子面前杀鱼，注意鱼的尺寸，小鱼放生。。。
其它的就不要理睬它了。。。放心开心的玩吧。。。。

你们在vic吗？我感觉vic还好，钓鱼的鬼佬还算比较nice。虽然意大利佬，从来不和我打招呼，但还没有到查我bag的程度。但是查我也不怕，因为我从来就不拿不合size的鱼。相反他们倒是经常拿小鱼。
这对这样的问题，就是一定要把法规弄明白。建议大家登录各地的渔政网站，在网站上留言，要求他们给你寄一个最新的size ruler 上面印着什么鱼多大尺寸符合。还有最新的钓鱼手册。上面有bag limit。
