爸妈弟弟妹妹一起办的探亲签证，三年多次往返， 只有其中两个人来可以吗，因为我看到出的签证上面我爸作为主要担保人，只是弟妹过来可以吗，

那没关系，跟谁是申请人没关系。可以来，记得带上返程机票，有足够经济能力证明（银行流水或你的资金担保或现金）就可以了。如果入境被问起，给出合理理由即可。
