澳大利亚环球小姐全国加冕仪式周五晚上在墨尔本的Sofitel举行，来自柏斯的21岁金发美女夺得冠军。
她打败了其他32位澳洲入围佳丽，将继续参选世界环球小姐大赛。
今年是连续第二年由西澳小姐夺冠。去年的冠军是模特Scherri-Lee Biggs，她后来也在巴西举行的国际决赛中挤入前10名。
澳洲曾诞生过两位世界环球小姐，分别是1972年的Kerry-Ann Wells和2004年的Jennifer Hawkins。
