新西兰本地建筑公司,经营稳定,现诚聘办公室人员Office Administrator一名。
Admin工作职责如下:
日常的行政工作,会议管理,发送邮件,复印扫描,接打电话。
General administration duties, receiving and relaying incoming telephone calls and greeting. Organize internal regular meetings, follow up on attendance confirmation, prepare meeting room, and draft, review and distribute meeting minutes.
协调工作,包括但不仅限于与工程相关的设计师,工程师和本地权责机构接洽,协助现场工地管理部门和公司其他部门从而推进工程项目正常有效进行。
Support site managers/project managers with liaising with architects, engineers, local authorities (including but not limited to Auckland Council and Watercare), subcontractors and other relevant parties. Assist QS in placing purchase order and collecting bids from suppliers.
跟进建筑流程。负责与政府部门沟通,收集整理相关文件,完成工程审理与审验。
Keep records of and follow up site activities/issues for each construction sites that may impede the progress. Collect documents from relevant government departments, engineers and subtractors for the final stage application use. Respond to inquiry emails from Auckland Council for such kinds of certificate application.
协助完成项目工程后期所需的交接文件,包括分工和规格清单。
Coordinate with QS and project managers in drafting and finalizing specification lists and subcontractor lists for each site.
后勤管理,包括购置与管理工程相关需要设施设备。
Booking site facilities/equipment required by site personnel.

Other duties as required to support the moving-forward of construction progress.
Requirements:
• A minimum of one year experience as a general office administrator.
• 优秀的管理能力Exceptional organisation, planning and administration skills.
• 精通 office 软件Word, Excel, PowerPoint,
• 抗压,自我管理能力强并且主动好学
• 精通中英文书写和交流Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
• 持有新西兰本地合法驾照Valid full drive license
