看合同条款吧 肯定是sunset都过了还交不了房 也不能耗死买家呀
另外LZ的定金在哪里也是要看合同 一般都是在卖家律师的trust account里

Developers are required to transfer these funds to solicitors' trust account. It shouldn't take long if the sale and purchase agreement is cancelled by mutual consent.
