请问,孩子大了因为要上初中,想暂时去学区租房,把自己的自住房租出去。
我自己的理解,这种情况下我就没有自住房了因为我也在租房,自住房利息可以抵税吗?

where your personal property is kept
the amount of time you spend living in each house (if you have more than one house)
where your immediate family lives

不行,只要你的房子整租出去,就算投资房,利息就不能抵扣税,并且收入还得缴税,和你有几套房没有关系,也和你现在租房的状态没有关系

可以,这个就算把自住房换成投资房。你只要按你房子出租的时间算, 那自住房的利息就算投资房的利息。
