新西兰首次置业 投资 请大神帮忙分析一下


在新西兰


成本在80-90万左右,要买house
目前目光集中在中区的mt roskill, onehunga, hillsborough, blockhouse bay, avondale, 西区的henderson, newlynn, 以及北岸的albany, forrest hill, takapuna等地
请大神帮我从适合的价格,治安管理,未来地区发展空间,以及出租难易程度来分析一下有哪几个区推荐购买 多谢各位

符合这么多条件的homestay去哪里找?我又不是大爷,奥克兰的homestay总不能排着队媚笑着等我翻牌子吧。在当初那波留学潮的时候,有个正常人家住就不错了,要什么自行车。

估计我的中介当初十分无语。

现在奥克兰的地产市场也是一样,无论媒体和论坛有什么样的消极论调,市场毕竟不是靠舆论支撑起来的。眼下现状仍然是强势的卖家市场。特别是八九十万的预算,只能说是我看看市场上能买到什么样的房子,而不是说我想买什么样的房子。别说八九十万预算了,就是找八九十万CV的房子,选择也没有一大堆一大堆的。

所以,有个差不多的homestay就去住了;有个差不多的房子就买吧

楼主把albany, forrest hill, takapuna和mt roskill, avondale放在一起比较,会让新成立的xx护法协会不高兴的。

你挑的北岸这几个区,都很贵80-90万想买house,难度非常大。也许西区henderson,newlynn似乎可以关注一下。

不过现在稍微好点的区都是过百万了。
