新西兰第一次买房,求大神帮看看做好的builder report呀

第一次买房,看中了一套,builder report做完,主要问题是:房子是架起来的,里地面有一定距离,底下有一排支撑的木桩倾斜了,屋顶发现两处木条腐坏了,接下来好像是墙离地面高度不够?
