新西兰买房lim report 里fireplace 的问题

看中一个房子，不过lim report 里fireplace consent 有点问题。Thereis a building consent issued for the Heater Installation but not signed off. 。consent 的status是issued。我想问问这个如果这样买的话，会有问题吗？如果买下来自己让coucil来检查的话要多少钱，过程是个怎么样的。
