waikatere city council lim report 要多久?打电话问至少１０天而且没有加急，想问问办多的人一般要都久。真的是至少１０天吗？
Lim report 是找律师看吗？而且看说最好再要一个property report？

从申请到拿到用了6个工作日（可以在网上申请），做好以后会直接发到你的邮箱里。
这个lim还是有用的，我们查出来lim report 里fireplace consent 有点问题。There is a building consent issued for the Heater Installation but not signed off. 。consent 的status是issued。

差不多是十天(兩週)的時間,Lim report 是找律师看,property report和building report是一樣的檢查房子的狀況
當初我們買的很及沒等Lim report 還好沒大建設在附近

Sorry，我老公提醒我property report到 city council就可得到,building report才是檢查房子的狀況

应该是property file. 建议看property file，图纸是在file 里的，lim 只能看到曾经申报的东西，还有是否洪水，大风区等。

有的 LIM 根本没什么用
