Go to the singing/story time in Caroline Springs library. Many of Chinese mothers are there. I'm one of them. :)

Yes, everyone can attend these free activities. I guess Tuesday and Friday singing activities will be more suitable for your baby. Saturday's story time is a little bit early for a 4-month-old baby.

And... Not only caroline springs library, you can go to the library at Watergardens train station as well.( what's it called? Brimbank library maybe. Not sure)
