自己家鸡下的蛋敲出来，蛋黄就是黄色的，蒸出来也是黄灿灿的。超市的鸡蛋敲出来，蛋黄偏橘红，估计饲料里是不是有红萝卜素，蒸出来也发白，不亮。

看过新闻，有些自称organic的其实是假的。我的办法是，先找到一盒最贵的organic的鸡蛋打开看看鸡蛋的样子，一般这种会比其他organic贵几刀，然后把其他的organic鸡蛋盒子打开和这个对比，你会发现有些organic的和最贵的一点不像，反而更像普通cage鸡蛋。这样的就坚决抛弃。在能承受范围内，买和最贵的鸡蛋看起来差不多的就好了。

早上刚试验了下，发下蒸的蛋没有很黄，但是肯定是黄的，推荐给你这个牌子family value free range。蒸蛋我用的是一比一蛋和水。
有些free range的和organic差不多，都是喂食谷类不加抗生素的，盒子上会写的。

咋说呢，我只能说既然你选择了吃鸡蛋，哪总不能给自己总添堵。今天研究一下抗生素，明天研究一下转基因，作为普通民众，有意识是好的，但是不能草木皆兵。。养鸡场那种规模如果不用药物，是根本不可行的，问题是怎么用，如何用？如果都在范围内，合理化使用，应该是没有问题的，不然澳洲人自己也不要吃了。在国内吃的还更不安全些吧。动物用药，和蔬菜用药，都是有规定出栏或者上市前多长时间不允许使用的。如果有朋友偏要较真我也没办法。
我当然承认自己养的好了。带孩子回家，国内自己家特地养的鸡，出来的蛋又小但是蛋黄特别大，黄的就跟假的似的，吃的全是放养山上的虫子，草食，冬天的时候鸡的野食减少，就让工人喂了玉米，结果出来的蛋，变大了，蛋黄也不那么黄了。

free range也不太好。我感觉。也是白白的水水的。低到2块钱，上到6块钱，都差不多口感。不好不好~也没办法啊，给孩子吃，只能挑越来越贵的买organic的吧。除非你愿意相信商家，否则任何一个鸡蛋都有可能被标榜成organic，或者 free range。忘了是从哪里看的，好像，free range不是跟我们想象的那种走地鸡是不？好像是一定的空间内不能有超过多少只鸡~唉，当妈的怎么什么都要研究啊。

我们也一直在找接近真正的土鸡蛋。最近在coles发现一个牌子的free range鸡蛋，蛋壳很光滑，没有任何斑点，打出来蛋黄很大，颜色很黄，接近胡萝卜的颜色了。就开始一直买这个牌子了：Loddon Valley。700g的卖$6.5。貌似只在coles有卖。
