买生意转Lease的时候，物业owner那方的律师要求所有资产包括车子，住房的证明。住房是夫妇2人名义买的，连领导都要去律师行在房产那块签名。律师这样的要求合理吗？

It is possibly a novation of the lease. Other than the novation document, you would want to check the original lease. I suspect there might be personal guarantee requirement imposed on the business owners. If there is that kind of personal guarantee, they want want to see if your financial condition is sound. Maybe that is why they ask for your house doc etc.
But this is not a mortgage on your house, it shouldn't directly affect your ownership in the bank.
连领导都要去律师行在房产那块签名 -- that sounds odd to me.
