澳洲问题解决了，无需借贷

在澳大利亚个人理财



因为突发状况，急需$30000块，不是为了买房买车或是任何其他assets，算是个人消费的。而且个人的收入不是很高，年收入大概是3-4万，这种情况下，借贷的成功率高不高，是直接找银行好呢，还是找broker?

申请所需要的条件和我的状况差不多。而且 5.9% p.a 看起来挺低的了。其他银行都没有更低的了。看了一下，只有$69的费用。

请大家给点意见，有什么条款，和费用是我需要注意的，第一次接触这方面，完全没经验。


Update   ----- 问题解决了，无需借贷了，谢谢大家的回复。 不过有关citibank 的这个，大家可以讨论一下。之前，我以为这个是最低的，但是双喜临门的这个OFFER更赞，虽然term of loan 有差别，不过觉得真的不错，详情如下。

这也证明了，没有最低，只有更低。我这见识还要努力增广 。
