as above, has anyone received one? I've got the invitation letter on Nov 08 and got my new card on early Dec last year. The letter has indicated that you're are entitled to the machine as long as you used the card before certain date. I did used the card before that certain date. The problem with my one is AMEX seems do not have record for the free machine in my file. so I faxed them the letter to prove. two month later, I made inquiry again, end up I was told there isn't any document to show that I'm entitled to the machine. TMD.
So just wander anyone has received coffee machine through the application? if I'm entitled to but they didn't send me one by whatever reason, can I report it to consumer affair

Has she been sured to get the machine before received it? my case is I'm not sure whether I can get it, if it's matter of delivering time, it's fine with me. but no one is confirming that I'll definitely get it. all my reply is your request has been forwarded to marketing dept. BS.

The one your gf received is exactly the one I should get as well. It seems like most of the applicant have received it (someone even sell it on ). maybe it's not that expensive, but it's good to have it for free.
Whether received or not, it's out of my control, but not happy with their service (fax twice and no one call you to confirm the faxed letter). plus if you're expecting something but end up you get nothing, just bit disappointed.
