招聘岗位：商务拓展专员

岗位职责
1. 根据市场环境，对竞争对手进行市场调查和分析，不断挖掘有订单潜力的中国和亚洲餐馆。
2. 独立进行商务谈判并与商家达成合作，负责信息收集、产品培训、平台后台运营。
3. 定期走访商家，为商家申请并及时布置/更换商家物料，了解商家的实际问题，根据商家的不同需求提出解决方案和建议，积极解决商家在日常经营中遇到的问题和突发情况。
4. 根据商家的需求和数据指标，通过与市场部、配送部等部门的同事协作，促进商家交易量和订单数的增加。
5. 管理和维护商家与平台之间健康稳定的战略伙伴关系，优化商家体验，实现双方合作共赢。
1. Conduct market research and analysis of competitors based on market environment, and constantly explore Chinese and Asian restaurants with order potential.
2.Independently conduct business negotiations and reach cooperation with merchants, be responsible for information collection, product training, platform background operation.
3.Regular merchant visits, apply for and timely layout/replace merchant materials for merchants, understand the real problems of merchants, propose solutions and suggestions according to the different needs of merchants, and actively solve the problems and emergencies encountered by merchants in their daily operations.
4.According to the needs of merchants and data indicators, through collaboration with colleagues in the marketing department, delivery department and other departments, promote the increase of merchant transaction volume and order numbers.
5.Manage and maintain a healthy and stable strategic partnership between merchants and the platform, optimize merchant experience, and achieve a win-win cooperation between both parties.
任职要求：
1. 1年以上的工作经验。
2. 学历要求：本科及以上学历。
3. 具备商务谈判、销售和市场管理经验者优先。
4. 具备互联网公司工作经验者优先。
5. 具备较强的时间管理和项目管理能力。
6. 对市场趋势以及对数据的敏感度较高。
7. 具备较强的商业头脑以及与商家达成合作的渴望，不怕被拒绝，有一流的人际关系技巧。
8. 具备优秀的团队合作能力，能与不同的团队合作，促进业务合作，并能高效地独立完成业务谈判。
1. More than 1 year of work experience.
2.Educational requirements: Bachelor’s degree and above.
3.Experience in business negotiation, sales and marketing management is preferred.
4.Working experience in Internet companies is preferred.
5.Strong time management and project management skills.
6.High sensitivity on market trend, high sensitivity on data.
7.Strong commercial acumen and a desire to work with restaurants, not afraid to be refused, have top-notch people skills.
8.Excellent teamwork ability, cooperate with different team to promote business cooperation, and be able to efficiently complete business negotiations independently.

任职要求：
1. 有新媒体相关工作经验者优先。
2. 熟悉微博、微信、小红书等新兴网络媒体的传播特点，熟悉网络语言的写作特点。
3. 具有良好的文字功底和宽广的知识面，对市场营销和品牌建设有一定的理解和认识。
4. 熟练使用计算机办公软件，具备一定的图片编辑能力。
5. 愿意接受新事物，头脑灵活，拥有良好的数据分析能力和文字表达能力，善于策划线上推广活动。
1. Work experience related to new media content marketing is preferred.
2. Familiar with the communication characteristics of emerging online media such as Weibo, WeChat, Red, and the writing characteristics of online languages.
3. Have good writing skills and broad knowledge, and have a certain understanding and knowledge of marketing and brand building.
4. Proficiency in using computer office software, with certain photo editing capabilities.
5. Be willing to accept new things, have a flexible mind, have good data analysis skills and text expression skills, and be good at planning online promotion activities.
