Cons: Sizes runs large. Returns policy doesn't allow for exchange or credit, you need to return the items (to the UK at your own expense) get your refund then reorder
Overall: I heard about Next Direct through a friend who had ordered baby clothes through the site and was thrilled with the prices and quality of what she received. I was looking for some professional looking work clothes that wouldn't break the bank and was pleasantly surprised with what Next Direct had to offer, especially in comparison to what was available in the shops at the moment.
They have a portal especially for Australian customers now so everything is in Australian currency and sizes.
I ordered a dress and 3 tops for a total of AU$140. I placed my order on a Wednesday and received my clothes by courier the following Thursday - 5 working days as promised (there was a public holiday that week).
Unfortunately, everything I ordered was a size too big, even though the site listed the item in what was supposed to be the equivalent Australian size. To be fair though, I often find sizes inconsistent between stores here in Australia eg I am at 12 at Tempt but a 10 at Crossroads.
I was otherwise really happy with the clothes I had received - the materials and stitching were excellent quality and the styles / colours of the clothes exactly as they appeared online. I'd say their products would be on par with anything you could buy at Myer, Portmans or Sportsgirl.
The parcel included clear instructions for returns including labels and forms. But since I wanted to just change everything for the items in my correct size I sent Next an email using the form provided on their website enquiring about the possibility of exchanging the items. They responded within a couple of hours to let me know I would have to return the items for refund and reorder in the right size which was a bit disappointing. Still, considering their range, quality, prices and the fact they do free express shipping I am going to reorder the items I am returning and I will definitely be ordering more clothes through Next in the future now that I know which size I am in their product range.
I'd definitely recommend Next Direct to anyone - especially busy mums who find it hard to get to the shops. Just remember to order a size down from what they recommend on the site.

我家宝宝的衣服基本都是在上面买的，我觉得比国内代购的便宜，但是很多时候没有货，他家质量还是不错的，基本上一岁之前买的都市连体衣，短袖和长袖的。他家是英国大众品牌，在新西兰有代销点在备案，一般一周可以拿到衣服，退也比较方便
