- Health provider information, displays and giveaways
- Health talks – Topics include: Cardiac Risk, Nutrition, How to Read Food Labels, Mental Health and Wellbeing;

- Table Tennis and Badminton activity for young and adults
- V-ball netball demonstration and opportunity to have-a-go
- Free face painting and balloons for children
- Asian food on site for sale
