新西兰RV转PR，网上填表过程中需要提交INZ1242表格吗？

我在填写小孩的申请人的时候，看到这么一段话“Your partner and any children aged 18 or older who are included in this application will need to sign a declaration form which you must upload for that applicant later in this application.”
我在填写老婆的申请时，有INZ 1242上传的位置，但填写不满18岁小孩的时候，看到了提示，但没看到有上传的地方。
请问过来人，需要填写INZ 1242表格吗？如果有，位置在哪里啊？
