请问各路大神，现在旅游签都有五年吗？每次呆半年？想着申请父母来旅游，听说申请探亲签证比较慢，也比较繁琐？不知道大神们有没有更好建议？父母来一趟不容易，想着一次能呆五六个月那是最好的了。

没错普通旅游签最长可以签5年每次最多停留6个月，确实比父母探亲签证更快下来，不过至于会给你多久就看你的材料了，你提供证明父母有钱的材料越多越好，然后看你的材料给你1-5年不等的多次往返签证，然后每次停留1-6个月不等

父母签证确实很久，需要至少4个月，我等了6个月实际上。经历了withdraw和重新申请和体检。而旅游签证普遍是不到一个月就下来了，而且听说的都是6个月，还少了体检。
但有一点需要注意的是旅游签还是18个月9个月限制，而父母签是36个月18个月。
所有结论是：1. 急着来的还可以省钱的就普通旅游签，2. 需要长期待的（一年以上的）而且不是很急的就选父母签。

申请普通旅游签就行， 父母基本都给5年多次，每次不超过6个月，conditions上没有什么最多9个月限制，出境一次就可以再呆6个月

懒得说了，你们英文和理解能力太差，去看看5年多次往返的visa conditions, 下面这个也是移民局说的，能呆上12个月哦
You can visit New Zealand as a genuine tourist for up to 9 months in an 18-month period.
The 18-month period is calculated backwards from the last day you intend to be in New Zealand.
If the last day you’ll be here is 1 December, then your 18-month period will begin on 1 June of the year before.
You can apply for another 3 months’ stay and extend your stay to 12 months in a 24-month period, if:
you need more time to complete your tourist itinerary
you can’t leave New Zealand for reasons beyond your control
you’ve applied for residence for the first time.
To apply for another 3 months’ stay, you must have financially supported yourself and not worked, studied or been sponsored during your stay.
If you’ve recently visited New Zealand for a total of 12 months, you have to remain outside New Zealand for 12 months before you can apply for another Visitor Visa.

如果你申请了3个月延期，原来的5年多次往返签证会失效。
即使能待上12个月，也不是你前面说的“你可以不停的出入境呆满5年，当然如果再要重新申请visitor visa就要等5年才行”。

没错可以延期三个月到最多12个月，然后要出境12个月，也就是说24个月你可以停留12个月，和18个月你可以停留9个月，本质上的总停留时间没有区别，但你的英文那么好能指出你所说的“你可以不停出入境带满5年”这一条规定在哪里吗？

而且据我所知，申请3个月延期后移民局会新发一个3个月延期的签证，而这个新签证会导致原来的5年多次往返签证失效。除非是5年签正好要到期了，要不然申请这3个月延期得不偿失。

请认真看签证的condition。。。
不要想当然。。。
以前三年多次往返的签证上面写的很清楚 该签证有效期内最多只能在新西兰累计停留时间不超过18个月。。。
但是最新的五年多次往返中 上面只写了每六个月需要出境一次 没有写上最多累计停留时间不超过多少个月。。。
每个visa都会有conditions。。。
究竟能呆多久 累计多久都是看具体的visa的conditions。。。
如果conditions说了该签证在有效期内不能累计呆多久 那就不能呆多久。。。
但是如果没有此类条款 就不需要考虑。。。
你可以问任何一个移民官。。。
退一万步说 其实你也可以认为你自己的理解是正确的 然后自己理解的有问题而没有享受应该所享受的 其实也与别人没有关系。。。

别激动, 之所以这么多人告诉你这条规则必然有他的道理。这个条款确实不会写在签证上而是作为旅游签的基础条款存在的，和不能逾期是一个common sense的条件一样，因为需要了解他的人都在NZ很久了，短期旅游的不需要了解这个条款。
所以第二次入境的时候移民局会在border直接盖章给3个月停留。
当然了，如果你走了电子通道，这就要看系统能不能自动识别了。我不是移民局工作人员所以不懂他们的系统的功能。当然了，因为没写在签证上又没有提示，走自动门有argue的余地，但现实就是我没见人和移民局吵架赢过（赢得都是那种花钱上庭了的）。

还有不要觉得自己年轻（我猜的，哈哈）就觉得这里的年纪大的人都是傻子，我这种中年朋友圈都大把雅思7-8分，本地法学院毕业的，在本地鬼佬公司/政府单位工作10来年的大把，英文都不差。
你这段引用正好是对9个月条款的补充/特殊延期条款，而且会新发一个visa导致之前的5年visa失效。和你说的在本地待够5年八竿子都打不着。
如果自己不是很专业的事情，建议还是谦虚一点好。

其实为想问问你有没有看过真正的五年多次往返的签证条款。。。
如果你看过再对比之前三年多次往返 你就知道你的想当然是有点 “多余”。。。
因为以前三年多次往返会说的很清楚 签证有效期内 最多可以累计在新西兰停留18 个月 签证的条件是直接写在签证上面的 不会让你想当然或者然你自动代入任何我们已经认为的之前的经验。。。
原因是海关的官员 就是让你入境的官员不可能每一个都是工作了20年的老员工都会有很多经验。。。
有很多是green hand。。。
所以这就要求每个签证上面的条款写的清清楚楚 让每一个海关官员知道应该放行还是不放行。。。
不是让他们自己想当然的放行或者不放行。。。
再说回五年多次往返。。。
五年多次往返的签证我看到的是 上面只要求了一个条件 签证有效期内 每次入境最多可以累计停留新西兰6个月 然后出境一次 没有要求出境停留时间 没有限定签证有效期内 总共累计停留时间。。。
所以所谓的9/18 的政策 并不适用于我见到过的五年多次往返。。。
如果你上新西兰移民局 上面只用了一个overview 来阐述 9/18。。。
只是一般情况是这样 但是每种签证会有相对的condition。。。
基于一般的理解 9/18的是针对一个没有多次往返的旅游签证。。。
如果你觉得这个理解是不正确 你可以拿着你能见到的五年多次往返去问任何一个移民官。。。
最后普及一个最常见的法律知识 如果visa condition 上面没有明确写明的话 是不具有法律效力的 只有你的签证上面写的条款 才是针对你的签证有法律效力的。。。

难道你的工作是技术类的不需要太多和人打交道？
而且我中文说了没提示（签证页和border盖章的）的可以去argue，看你动辄法律的挂在嘴边，你就应该知道法律是有成本的，律师看人下菜碟是最厉害的，你没钱直接就会劝你放弃法律途径，你有钱的人哪怕没道理他都愿意帮你去试一试。一个旅游签和移民局干到你死我活划几万刀，不如出去重新申请。而且你可能不知道，海外申请签证根本没有投诉渠道，而且不接受appeal。
而且你低估了移民局的自由裁量权，可能你没见过，但他们是可以在机场直接拒绝你入境并遣返的，哪怕你觉得他们的理由不合理。而且最怕就是这种懂一点点的人在所谓“据理力争”，会让工作人员非常难受，最后评估approval的风险。事实上到这一步，员工对法律的理解远超普通入境者，怎么都能把你靠到高风险上去，要不取消签证，要不遣返，要不允许入境但限制多少小时吃亏的都是入境者

新西兰作为廉洁的国家代表，大方向都是按条款办事，但到执行层面，执行的员工有很大自由裁量权，最长见的就是律师vs警察，建筑师/工程师/builder vs council inspector，现场都是官员的权力最大，事后你爱怎么投诉怎么投诉。
但你在边境的时候，这种投诉渠道本来就非常有限甚至没有，而且他们可以在现场限制你的人身和通信自由，那就更别扯什么投诉和法律权力了。

你的关于签证条款没写就是被批准的理解让人很为难，放大点说，新西兰宪法也没写在签证上，那咱总不能杀人放火吧？因为签证没禁止？显然不合理。

而且就这3章，以前的签证页就那么小一页，怎么写所有东西？INZ只需要一句“签证持有者有义务了解关于所持签证的所有条款”就能把入境者直接怼回去，人家根本就不和你继续谈了。

好的你可以遵循你的理解，然后自己的有问题而触犯了移民条列而被驱逐，其实也与别人没有关系，我的理解是按移民局官网来理解，至少你的理解还没有佐证也请你随便打电话给一个移民官求证你的理解对不对，起码我的理解有移民局官网佐证
