新西兰取得PR后第一次入境许可是怎么办的? 谢谢
在新西兰
我朋友是PR,她老公最近刚拿到配偶团聚签证, 签证信里显示“ when you travel to New Zealand under your resident visa, you must be granted entry permission at the border" 以前 我们入境的时候是海关有张纸贴在护照上,现在是什么?

Congratulations, I am pleased to tell you that we have approved your application for a New?Zealand
resident visa.
Your resident visa and travel conditions
We have granted you a resident visa with travel conditions. Your visa allows you to live, work, and
study in New?Zealand. It will not expire while you remain inside New Zealand.
Your eVisa with your visa details is attached to the back of this letter. Please check the details and
make sure they are correct and contact us if they are not.
Remove your eVisa from this letter and carry it with you when travelling.
There are two types of travel conditions on your resident visa. The “first entry before” travel
condition means that you must travel to New Zealand before 05 April 2020 to keep your resident
visa valid. If you do not enter New Zealand before this date, your resident visa will no longer be valid.
When you travel to New Zealand under your resident visa, you must be granted entry permission at
the border. Before you first travel to New Zealand, you must tell us about any changes to your
circumstances that may affect a decision to grant you entry permission under your resident visa,
including:
n changes to your business or employment
n changes to your circumstances that could affect our assessment of the heaalth or character of any
person included in this application
n changes to your family circumstances.
n
If you do not tell us about such changes, or you no longer meet residence instructions, we may
refuse you entry permission. If you are refused entry permission, your resident visa will no longer be
valid.
Once you arrive in New Zealand, the “expiry date travel” condition will allow you to travel outside
New Zealand and be granted re-entry as a resident when you return. This condition will be valid forttwo years after you first arrive in New Zealand as a resident.
Sponsorship obligations
Please note that the obligations agreed to by your sponsor as part of your residence application will
remain in place for five years from the date your resident visa is granted. These obligations include:
n providing suitable accommodation if the sponsored person does not have the means for their
own accommodation
n ensuring the sponsored person’s maintenance (the costs of essential provisions for their health
and welfare in New Zealand)
n payment of costs associated with deportation and repatriation if required.
Expiry of your resident visa
Please note that your resident visa will expire if you leave New Zealand and you do not have valid
travel conditions that allow you to return as a resident. If you are travelling outside New Zealand and
plan to return after your current travel conditions expire, you will need to apply for a variation of
travel conditions, or a permanent resident visa. However, if yyou do not leave New Zealand, your
resident visa allows you to stay indefinitely.
Applying for a permanent resident visa
After you have held your resident visa for two years you will be eligible to apply for a permanent
resident visa. Permanent resident visas are not subject to travel conditions and do not expire. If you
are granted a permanent resident visa, you will be able to travel outside New Zealand and be
allowed re-entry into New Zealand as a resident at any time. If you have had section 49(1) conditions
imposed on your Resident Visa, you must meet these to be eligible for a Permanent Resident Visa.
