在新西兰
请问有朋友是通过以下方式获得永久回头签的吗?
5. You have established a base in New Zealand
You have established your base in New Zealand by having:
- lived in New Zealand as a resident for at least 41 days in the year before you applied for permanent residence
- and everyone else included in your residence application has been living in New Zealand for at least 184 days in the 2 years before you applied for permanent residence
You must also have either:
- Purchased a home 12 months before or after becoming a resident, still own that home and live there now, or
- worked full-time in New Zealand for 9 months or more in the 2 years before you applied for permanent residence.

Thank you for contacting us.
For the purpose of this policy applicants are considered to have been engaged in full time continuous employment in New Zealand if they can produce evidence of genuine full time paid employment in New Zealand for a period or periods amounting to at least 9 months in the 24 months immediately preceding the date the application for the permanent resident visa was made.
The employment does not need to ongoing when submitting the Permanent Resident visa (PRV) application.
Yes, based on the commitment mentioned the PRV application can be submitted while outside New Zealand, as long as you have held a resident visa in the three months before the application is made, and had held that resident visa continuously for at least 24 months before it expired.
I hope this has been helpful.

请问,我的情况是:只有一个申请人就是我,没有其他副申请人,如果我全职工作至少9个月,也满足这个条件吗?我看移民局手册上写:
and everyone else included in your residence application has been living in New Zealand for at least 184 days in the 2 years before you applied for permanent residence
关键是我这边没有everyone else included in your residence application,就我一个人
