请问大家如题， 一朋友打算用电工职位申请work to residents 签证， 请问需要雇主打广告吗？ 对雇主有什么要求呢？ 雇主是建筑公司来的， 可以担保吗？ 谢谢大家！

The only requirement is the employer is accredited and you earn more than 55k a year
