新西兰是不是买房就可以缩短移民监?

发现很多人都只知道移民监是一年要住满184天,其实大家仔细看你的PR批准信,如果要换永久回头签,还有一个办法是在NZ买房子,然后副申两年累积184天,主申好像是41天就可以了。

和主或者副没有关系,而且确定权掌握在IRD手里。我觉得你就买套房,每年交一次地税而已,没有其他的持续性的纳税记录,不见得IRD会认定你为税务居民

2. You have tax residence status
You have been in New Zealand as a resident for a total of 41 days or more in each of the two 12-month portions of the 24 months immediately preceding your permanent resident visa application, and you are assessed by Inland Revenue (IR) as holding tax residence status for the two years preceding your application for a permanent resident visa. You must include evidence of your tax residence status with your application. Acceptable evidence includes:
1, a statement from IR for the period for which you have been assessed as having tax residence status, or
2, the INZ form Confirmation of Tax Resident Status (INZ 1006) completed and endorsed by IR.

这个41天移民监永久回头被中介吹的神乎其神,其实在NZ有真实持续纳税记录的人办起来也很容易。
我因为马上要被外派到海外出差几个月,今年的移民监待不满了,但是雇佣记录和纳税记录仍然在NZ。
所以我打电话去移民局和IRD咨询过这个问题,假如有持续稳定的纳税记录,办理这个完全不是问题。但是你就买个房,一年交一次地税,不见得能办的出来。当然,最终解释权在于IRD
