如果现在还没有移民，选第二类working temperarily in NZ, 是填 INZ1015表吗？该表第二页又问“Which work instructions are you applying under?"例如work to residence instructions, study to work, essential skills work instructions..., 总共13个选项，我有两年以上固定职位工作OFFER， 是否选 essential skills work instructions 呢？

技术移民需要打分,然后需要近至少一年的申请时间,甚至更长. 然后可以合法工作;
工作签证通常几个月申请下来,利用你的工作合同申请.
