新西兰垃圾的NZIS北京branch ！2011-07-26更新投诉反馈

哥去年9月EOI就过了，去年10月在北京branch交资料，给了个letter说9个月内会分配给签证官，到现在已经9个月了，仍然没分到签证官，每次打电话都说申请在排队中，问啥啥都不知道。接电话的不知道我前面有多少人，也不知道每天审几个，可见其工作效率与质量。我这次EOI还是135分，自我感觉较高了。之前07年时的2年期PR到期未续这才重新申请个visa回去看看NZ，没想到都排成这样了……吐血啊！9个月北约炸得扎菲都快下台了，哥的申请竟然还在排队……劝大家能不在北京交的就不要在北京交，绝对叫你后悔！
这周就写投诉信到DOL ，投诉北京branch
楼下有什么别的主意不？

哥写了个complaint letter，email的，内容很悲情。beijing branch签证官主管半小时内打电话来说了一下情况
他们签证官现在只有1.6个人力，期中0.6是个助理，也就是实际只有1个签证官，还是新手。这0.6个人在下个月还会休假一个月。
他们去年原来有3个签证官，期中2个有经验的老职员离职外加退休，现在只剩下1个了，就是新招的新手。
我21 Oct 2010提交资料，到今天2011-7-26现在前面排了51个人，后面排了200来号人
现在他们在处理去年3-4月份的积压case
他们现在每个月会处理约25件case
他们现在每个月会收30-40个新case
为了清理老case，他们可能之后会不再收新case。新case会转交上海，因为上海签证官人力不紧张
我的case会promise在11月份allacate一个officer，allacate之后就会快很多，具体原因我没问。
上面的数字相信会给大家很多有用的信息。能不在北京提交，就不要在北京提交了，200多case要等到猴年马月的……没盼头！

I regretto advise that your application will take longer to allocate to a case officerthan the nine months we initially promised. Unfortunately, recent staffingchanges have negatively affected Immigration New Zealand BeijingBranch’s overall processing capacity.
To allowus to focus on applications already lodged, from 1 July 2011, BeijingBranch has not received any new SMC applications for processing, andShanghai Branch is receiving all new applications.
Thisreallocation of work will allow Beijing Branch to focus on processing the 200applications that are currently in our managedqueue. The chart below shows when your application islikely to be allocated to an Immigration Officer.

Onceyour application is allocated to an immigration officer, you can expect thatthey will be in contact with you within ten days ofallocation.

If there are urgent reasons for your application tobe prioritised ahead of others, for example, if you receive a skilled job offerto work in New Zealand, please contact me so that your application can beallocated immediately.

为什么等的时间长————因为移民官的数量太少，一个人要处理很多Case

到现在还是在pending中。就是年初的时候叫我去复查了一下丙肝再没消息了。前几天发email问进度他也不回信。不晓得要等到什么时候

帅哥！签证官主管的电话或者email多少？我也发个信去。。。
我那签证官根本不回email哇。。。。不会他就是离职或者退休了吧。。。也没个自动回复什么的。服了

下面是这个主管答应给被延误的申请的说法，估计有些人会收到了。难道我的complaint有这么大作用？？仔细一看 内容，哥的要在11.31前才能分到，NND。效率啊！！！
