Hello, I would like to say about my CO Cynthia Sengupta. I also want to share my experience of getting thru the PR.

29 July 2009 EOI 115 marks
6 Aug 2009 DS
26 Aug 2009 ITA
19 Oct 2009 AR
18 Nov 2009 Verification check
29 Jan 2010 PR online approved
2 Feb 2010 Cynthia Sengupta personally replied my email to congratulate me about my PR approved.
4 Feb 2010 AIP letter received

I think is case by case basis. I heard lot of people here talking about Cynthia but so far my case fall to her hands with superb fast approved and only received one call from Verification Unit to ask my HR department for full time contract, other than that no difficulty or bad experience from Cynthia. She is not as bad as you guys think. Trust me is just case by case basis.

Hello guys,

Yes, mine one was shortage skill. I have Level 5 Diploma in Cookery. Last 2 years I completed my Level 4 Certificate but did not managed to submit on-time due to immigration policy change all the time.  I got no choice but to studied Diploma. After I finished my study, I got job offer and submitted my application. I heard lot of ppl talked about this CO so at first I was also doubt about that but I still strongly believe is actually base on case basis.
So you guys do not feel down as far as all the information you guys were given to immigration are genuine and true, there absolutely no problem. I love to hear you guys get your PR real soon.

据我的经验， 150以上的申请都不快， 因为好像CLAM得分越多人家调查和审批要花的时间也就越长。 我周围的朋友140左右的都比180和185的下来的快的多！ 个人意见， 仅供参考！
