听朋友说的，要是自己名下有房产，就可以不用蹲182天的移民监了～～也不知道是真是假～～～求确认～～～～

是可以的，但是仅对于有副申请人的申请人，并且副申请人必须呆满184天，我身边有实例，并且移民局的网站上也说得很清楚。

如果是一个人的技术移民，或者是带partner两人的移民，即使有房产也不满足条件，具体可参看这个条款：
Am I eligible for an indefinite Returning Resident’s Visa?
To be eligible you must:

    * have been the principal applicant in your original residence application, or be included in a Returning Resident's Visa application by the original principal applicant.
    * have held a residence permit at a time which was a minimum of two years before you apply.
    * met any requirements previously imposed under section 18A of the Immigration Act.
      and
    * you have spent a lot of time in New Zealand already – 184 days or more in every year for the past two years

      or one of the following ways:
          o you have tax residence status here - you have spent 41 days or more in each of the two years in New Zealand and you are assessed by the Inland Revenue Department as being a resident tax payer for the past two years.
          o you have acceptable investments here either as a Business Investor or in another residence category.
          o you have successfully established a business here that has been trading for at least 12 months.
          o you have established a base here – this depends on the time you and your family have spend here, whether you own a home, whether you have a fulltime job.

Note: If you hold a resident permit, but you are a person who would otherwise be prohibited for entry (for instance, because you would be subject to travel sanctions), you may only be eligible for a 14-day Returning Resident’s Visa. If you think this might apply to you, you should contact your nearest branch of Immigration New Zealand to discuss your situation.  

Evidence of an established base

To show you have established a base here – you must show that:

    * you have spent a total of 41 days or more in New Zealand in the last 12 months
      and
    * all members of your immediate family who were included in your application for  residence have spent at least 184 days in the last two years in New Zealand
      and
    * you own and maintain a home in New Zealand that you bought within 12 months of being granted a residence permit, and that you or members of your family included in your residence application live in
      or
    * you have been in fulltime, genuine employment in New Zealand totalling at least nine months in the last two years.

Acceptable evidence of home ownership is your

    * residential property title deed
    * mortgage documents
    * rate demands
    * home insurance papers
    * accounts for the telephone, electricity, gas or water

Acceptable evidence of employment is:

Written confirmation of your full time employment from your employer(s) or, if self-employed, evidence you have established, purchased or have a share-holding in a business in New Zealand and are actively involved in managing or operating that business.

Employment involving payment by commission and/or retainer is not acceptable.

Yes, you can only live in 41 in last 12 months in you own and own and maintain a family home in New Zealand,  each and every member of their immediate family who was included in their application for a resident visa has resided in New Zealand for at least 184 days in the two year period immediately preceding the date the application for the permanent resident visa was made.

If you don't understand, call me please.   We have got many years experience to deal with the similar cases.
