The immigration branches in New Zealand will close at noon on Friday 24th December 2010. If your application is not completed before then, the processing will resume when we re-open on Wednesday 5th of January 2011.
To find out the opening hours for NZ immigration branches overseas, please check their branch pages, or contact them directly for information.
Our Immigration Contact Centre will be open on 29th, 30th and 31st December (10am-4pm) for urgent enquiries only. They can be contacted on the following telephone numbers:

Please also note that email enquiries sent to us during the holiday period will be responded to within 5 working days (public holidays and weekends are not counted as working days). Normal response times for email enquiries will resume on 10th January 2011.
