But either my boss and I received anything from VO Since AR (05/Oct)!! Not even an investigation email!!
Will she decline my application??

之前有收到解释信吗？没有的话基本就是批准了，按移民法如果要decline起码要给你解释的机会。

VO一般工作职责是查些什么? 是不是每个CASE都要先go through verification stage first?

VO就是他们说的调查小组，查你的东西的真实性还有你的工作SKILLED不。。我没有经历这一步就直接SPC。。（貌似最近好几个短缺工作的都没有VO查），都AIP了，他们的工作是幼教，会计，电脑，
