在新西兰
澳洲PR登陆新西兰直接变新西兰PR，获得permit和2年RRV，这个不是问题，移民局网站能找到政策依据。
我的问题是，妻子是澳洲PR，丈夫不是，那么当妻子登陆新西兰时，丈夫会同时获得新西兰PR吗？还是要再申请配偶签证呢？ 入新西兰时的登陆卡填写有没有涉及到配偶信息呢？如果有，具体怎么操作呢？
一般情况是申请PR时，只要主申请人获得PR，副申请人同样获得，只要在第一次申请时填上副申请人资料就行了。但澳洲PR转新西兰PR，我就找不到政策依据了，请各位大虾指教！

现在新西兰移民局网站上查到 如果你的新西兰permit是基于澳洲PR拿到的需要证明 新西兰是你的主要居住地 才能配偶移

If a sponsor
- holds a valid Australian passport but does not hold a current New Zealand residence permit or a current New Zealand Returning Resident’s Visa
or - holds a New Zealand residence permit or Returning Resident’s Visa which was issued on the basis that they were a holder of an Australian Permanent Residence Visa or an Australian Resident Return Visa
Examples of evidence that New Zealand is primary place of residence can include original or certified copies of:
- correspondence addressed to your sponsor
- employment records
- records of benefit payments from the Ministry of Social Development (Department of Work and Income)
- banking records
- rates demands
- Inland Revenue Department records
- mortgage documents
- tenancy and utility supply documents
- documents showing that your sponsor’s household effects have been moved to New Zealand

My wife is an Australian permanent resident, but I am not. I am just a temporary visa holder in Australia. We have got married for half a year. I know when my wife reach New Zealand at the first time, she may become a resident of New Zealand. So, at that time, can I become a resident of New Zealand? Or do I need to apply for a partner visa?

虽然澳洲PR不能帮配偶同时拿新西兰PR，但我惊奇地发现，如果两个都是澳洲PR转新西兰PR的话，那么一方却可以帮配偶同时拿IRRV。以下是我和移民局的对答：
我问：
My wife and I hold New Zealand residence permits which was issued on the basis that we were holders of Australian Permanent Residence Visa. By now, I meet all the requirements to apply for an Indefinite Returning Resident's Visa (IRRV), but my wife dose not (Our residence permits issued on the same day and have last for more than 2 years, but she don't meet the time requirement of living in NZ in the last 2 years). So, Can I as the 'principal applicant' and she as a 'Non-principal applicant' to apply for an IRRV?

Dear XXX
Thank you for taking advantage of our Online Help facility.
Yes. Secondary applicants are eligible for the same outcome as the principle, regardless if they have not spent the required timeframe in New Zealand.
