不可以，如果想去澳洲玩一个星期，只能在这边的移民局重新申请一遍。
上次爸爸申请的时候把日期填早了一点，所以移民局批下来的入境日期过早，于是我想尝试着打电话去移民局，看看能不能把入境日期往后移三天？结果是完全不可以！所以我只好帮我爸爸再次申请了一遍！

you have to re-apply for another single entry visitor visa for your parents.
a week before you are flying to aussie, take your application and air ticket to immigration they can do it face to face. last time my mum had same situation and went to manukau branch they done it for us.
but before you do this way, double check with immigration.
