新西兰父母团聚移民续签 急急急
在新西兰
团聚移民未下，旅游签证下个月到期。所以替妈妈申请学生签证续签，等了一个星期后今收信引用了bon fide applicant说她之前申请了permannent resident under family category的申请，所以不是intends a temporary stay.我们打算写一份解释信，请问各位有没有遇到这种情况。其实我觉得重点是for a lawful purpose。各位申请过团聚移民后再续签有没有好主意，谢谢，谢谢。

LZ, not sure what the situation u r talking about. however, I dont think the two application conflict each other. Your mum applied PR, by the mean time, she wants to study english so she would be able to get involved in the social, whats the problem?"所以不是intends a temporary stay", of course not, but does that mean Your Mum CAN NOT go to school? I think you can say to isnz: you are abusing my mum seriously.
