新西兰明年七月份研究生毕业 open工签是不是要取消了

老皮选了龅牙妹，朋友圈刷屏了说以后木有open工签了...这怎么整？还有半年pgd毕业，难道现在就要找对口工作...谁知道到底怎么个办啊？
