HI大家好,朋友贸易进出口公司需要一名前台,和一名Purchasing Coordinator,需要本地洋人或PR
前台主要负责Admin方面的事宜,管理档案,电话转接,处理简单的贸易往来,这个职位比较适合商科相关的同学

Purchasing Coordinator
Assist to perform duties related to purchase order entry and post-entry supply chain tracking; interact with suppliers regularly to communicate with collaborative issues, coordinate delivery scheduling and maintain healthy relationships.
Requirements:
• Close attention to detail is essential
• Good organizational skills and time management skills, be able to manage multiple tasks
• Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly manner to communicate with people
• Proficient in MS office products including Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
• Ability to effectively interpret and translate instructions to other emplyees in a professional and respectful manner
• Ability to perform basic mathematical computations. Ability to apply concepts such as frantions and percetages to practical situations
• Ability to handle a variety of tasks that are routine in nature, while keeping work flowing in an orderly manner
