新西兰多元化就业交流会找志愿者

Migrant Action Trust 将在10月1日周六于AUT city campus 举办 "多元化就业交流会(Diversity Job Fair 2016)".
预计本次交流会有超一千人参加， 故想找多名熟悉AUT的学生当3到4小时的义工。具体内容如下, 期待你的热心加入:
* Facilitator (18 available slots)
Look for the person who
-charismatic
- sociable
- communicates well in English
Main Tasks are
- prepare mic & set up speaker’s powerpoint
- record talks to mp3 format
- host: introduce speakers & moderate Q&As
*Marshal/Usher (26 available slots)
Look for the person who
- handles crowds well
- communicates well in English
- sociable
- physically strong
Main Tasks are
- guide participants to where they need to be, especially if they are lost
- ensure peace & order
