新西兰关于学签的配偶签证,可以做open work visa 吗？

我男朋友准备申请Unitec 的 level 6 1年 full time课程。我们现在是working holiday签证。在这边已经注册结婚。那么我在7月25日前要申请配偶的签证需要些什么资料？查移民局网上似乎没有财产证明这一项，其实需要吗？
Applied Computer Systems 算是long term list 上“qualification majoring in computer science, information science or information technology”的 专业吗？我可以申请一年的open work visa吗？

目前的政策必须是本科IT才能算长期短缺，才符配偶工签的要求。7月25日的政策变化对IT专业在配偶工签上没有影响。

建议报学校和做签证最好找有经验的留学移民顾问。L6的computer不是短缺。
